Hard to beat a fresh Madison Sourdough pastry Onto May! After two chilly weeks, we kicked off week three with a little warmth and sunshine last Saturday and boy were we grateful! Hot days, violent storms and just enough cold to remind us of what spring in Wisconsin truly means.
