Hard to beat a fresh Madison Sourdough pastry

Onto May!

After two chilly weeks, we kicked off week three with a little warmth and sunshine last Saturday and boy were we grateful!

The flowers were particularly noticeable with bouquets in from Yellow Dog Flowers (pictured) and gorgeous hanging baskets from Natalie's Garden & Greenhouse and J + R Farm.

While the produce array continues to grow, we also spotted some other tasty finds, like cacao truffles from Inspired Alchemy, fresh homemade tortillas from Tortillas Los Angeles and yummy tarts from Honey Bee Bakery (pictured).

While cooler temps are expected over the next few days, we're on the upward rise meaning it's time to start getting those flower, vegetable and herb plants going. Find a great selection across the market, with starts in a variety of sized containers and certified organic options too.

Now that May is upon us, we look forward to watching the market grow into our third aisle in the coming weeks. That's means more selection and even more deliciousness. Sounds wonderful.

See you at the market!
