Bigger & Better

The market bloomed in force last Saturday as many vendors returned with even more great spring offerings to enjoy.

One such return, was Ka Vang Thao with their tender purple asparagus (pictured). For those who like the smaller stalks, these are not to be missed.

Each week we're find more options for fresh greens, like microgreens from New Life Greens or young kale from Westridge Organic Farm.

Firma Olive Oil (formerly Colos Olive Oil) is back with their delicious single-origin oils, in cooking and fresh eating varieties (pictured).

Moving towards the second half of May, now is the time to load up on your favorite seedlings. While plants will be available well into June, popular varieties go fast and it's best to get at it while the pickings good.

Another great find this past weekend was Dreamfarm's feta cheese (pictured), returning for the first time this season. Simply wonderful!

Joining us this Saturday, find Yellow Dog Deli in the aisle with their premium gourmet dog food, a real treat made from simple ingredients for your pup.

We're still waiting to hear if any elusive morels will be making their way to market, but regardless we know we're gonna be finding plenty of treasures in the weeks to come.

See you at the market!

FoodShare/EBT Service Temporarily Down

Unfortunately our FoodShare equipment is out of commission for a few weeks, meaning we will be unable to issue new FoodShare Dollars at this time. We're hoping to be back up in running before the Double Dollars program returns in June. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Any unspent dollars from the previous season can still be used with our vendors.
