We've come to it at last, the final market of the season is upon us this Saturday.

We feel so fortunate that for the last five seasons we've been able to offer this bonus week. The hardy vendors who come out for it are paid in kind by the robust crew of loyal market shoppers out for their last crack at so much great local food.

Come load up on storage veggies, while enjoy fresh greens from vendors like Don's Produce, Natalie's Garden & Greenhouse and Westridge Organic Farm.

Fill your freezers with locally raised meats, like poultry from Bryant Family Farms, beef from Highland Valley Farm and pork from Pecatonica Valley Farm.

Swing by Open Kettle Farms for all your maple syrup needs and grab a few extra gift bottles of their syrup, they make great stocking stuffers.

Find great cheese and dairy options with the folks at Landmark Creamery, Schroeder's Kase & B. Kurt Dairy.

Make sure to leave your food scraps at home for our final market as Sustain Dane has finished collecting compost for the season. Our hats off to them in reaching their collection goal and helping keep over 40,000 pounds of food waste out of our landfills!
