Lor Farm flowers are back!

Double the Fun

June is here and with it so many good things to come!

We'll have to be patient for peas and strawberries, but in the meantime the market is bursting with more produce, like broccolini, head lettuce, piles of spinach and beautiful Swiss chard, like this pictured from Westridge Organic Farm.

We've been lucky to catch The Deliciouser, and their amazing spice blends (pictured) more often this season. Come find them again this Saturday and add a little extra flavor to your life.

Of course all our wonderful staples are here, like fresh Schroeder Kase cheese curds, farm fresh eggs from Dreamfarm and loaves of freshly baked bread from Madison Sourdough.

For those looking for some great gluten-free options, check out Noellie's Deli (pictured). Not only do they offer a nice array of gluten-free baked goods, they also serve up some refreshing hibiscus iced tea.

This weekend we have much to be excited about. Our friends from University Houses Preschool will be back to host free kids activities from 9am - 11am. Find them next to the band in aisle three.

And finally, after much effort, we're happy to announce the return of our FoodShare program, paired with the return of the Double Dollars program. Thanks to the efforts of the Community Action Coaliton of South Central Wisconsin, the Double Dollars program lets FoodShare shoppers match up to $20 each market day for fresh fruits and vegetables!

Stop by the Info Tent to use your card and find out more!

It may not be strawberry fields yet, but we're pretty pumped about what's to come this June.

See you at the market!
