Father's Day Weekend

Hard to believe we're almost to the tenth market of the 2025 season!
The season has been passing so quickly that we've come to Father's Day weekend and with it many great June finds, including the first strawberries of the season, like these pictured from Live Jewelry Farm.
Other firsts we've seen rolling in include sugar snap peas, cucumbers, zucchini and beets from vendors like Emerald Meadows Farm and Shoua Lee Vang.
As we approach Father's Day, don't forget the market is a great place to find some nice gifts for Dad. Find some tasty steaks from Highland Spring Farm, bags of freshly roasted beans from Alice Good Coffee or a nice bouquet of flowers from Lor Farm.

For the classic Wisconsin dad, grab a pack of brats from Pecatonica Valley Farm (pictured) and grill him a couple as he kicks up his feet.
Other ideas include a hearty Father's Day breakfast with homemade pancakes topped with Open Kettle Farms' maple syrup (pictured), scrambled eggs with Bryant Family Farms' eggs and some fresh French breakfast radishes from Ka Vang Thao.
Once again this weekend, our friends from University Houses Preschool will be back to host free kids activities from 9am - 11am. Find them next to the band in aisle three.

As we celebrate our tenth week, Father's Day and more this weekend, we're grateful for the chance to share these lovely market mornings with you all, as fast as they come.
See you at the market!
