Hard to beat a classic like Stella's Hot & Spicy Cheese Bread
Out Like a Lion

The last few weeks of spring have been hitting us hard with heat and storms, but we know the coming summer session will not be stopped as we move towards the 10th week of the market season.
Sugar snap peas made their way to market this past weekend, with vendors like Shoua Lee Vang bringing in these pictured crisp beauties.
Flyte Family Farms will be bringing their first strawberries of the season down to market this coming Saturday. Pre-order flats of berries from their website for market pickup here.

Other great seasonal finds include delicious rhubarb scones (pictured) from Judith & Jane's Bakehouse, a great treat to enjoy as shoppers move through the market aisles.
Produce options continue to grow with new arrivals like early broccoli and garlic scapes popping up this past weekend, in addition to new varieties of lettuce and microgreen offerings.
The seedling selection for veggies, herbs and flowers is scaling down, but it's not too late to find some great offerings from vendors like Emerald Meadows Family Farm, Domann's Plants, Tend Native Plants & more.

Whether you're growing your own or loading up at market, stop by the Green Box Compost booth (pictured) to hear about their home & commercial compost collection services. A convenient way to keep your food waste out of the landfill while not having to haul it back and forth each week.
Stay safe through this weather and let's regroup at market this weekend. Summer sure is coming in with a vengeance.
See you at the market!
