Never a bad option from Landmark Creamery

Still Going Strong

ree

Hard to believe we're halfway through October and we still haven't had a major killing frost yet!

We'll reap the rewards at market, as it means we'll have one more week of fresh corn from Alsum Sweet Corn (pictured).

As the fall bounty rolls in, we're amazed to still be finding unique offerings each week, like fresh ginger (pictured) from Ka Vang Thao.

Enjoy fresh ginger to spice up your fall soups, for adding flavor to some warm apple cider or to soothe a sore throat in a cup of hot tea with some B's Honey.

The hold out of frost has meant a long season for fresh flowers, though we were sad to say goodbye to Lor Farm for the season this past Saturday. Our many thanks to them for so many beautiful bouquets all season long.

Fresh greens are still holding strong, with hardy offerings like kale, chard and collards available, plus more tender choices like mesclun mix & head lettuces (pictured) from Natalie's Garden & Greenhouse.

There's a chance of rain coming this Saturday, but don't let that stop you from coming out and enjoying the extended offerings this late fall season.

We've just four markets to go before our final market on November 8th. It'll be here soon enough, frost or no.

See you at the market!
